Policies
Be informed and ready for your appointment.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling within less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in an additional cancellation fee in the amount of 40% of the final price corresponding to the scheduled procedure.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may occur, so by rescheduling or cancelling with 24h notice or more, we will make your deposit valid for 6 months. If for any reason you need to reschedule within less than 24 hours, you will be charged 40% of the final price in order to schedule a new appointment.
Arriving Late / No show
To avoid unfair delays to our staff and clients, we have a 15 minute grace period for all services provided. Please call to notify us in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to accommodate another client or cancel your appointment. Anything more than that will result in cancellation and/or rescheduling fees. A third cancellation/rescheduling will result in being banned from booking future appointments.
PMU Appointments
A security deposit is required to book an appointment and reserve your time slot. That amount will be credited towards the procedure. A follow up appointment must be scheduled between 30-45 days after the date of the procedure for a follow up session within no more than 3 months. Please note that an additional non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged if you cancel the touch up session within less than 24 hours of your appointment date. If the touch up session is not booked in advance and doesn’t occur within 90 days of your first session, half price of a full procedure will be charged for the touch up to be performed. We do not take responsibility for lack of availability, unless that occurs ahead of time and all spots are taken 3 months in advance, by the time you come for your first session.
Note: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If the client does not cancel on time or does not show up, the deposit fee will be kept and a new charge will be made in order to reschedule.
What if I do not like it?
Micropigmentation is considered to be semi-permanent, so if you do not like the decision of having the procedure done with us, note that the pigmented area naturally fades with time. We strongly recommend waiting till after the touch up to have better results.
If you are not 100% sure you would benefit from this procedure, please opt for a more temporary option. The ink can be removed with the use of Laser/Pulsed Lights by an external provider. Neither the establishment nor the professional will be liable for any expenses or responsibility involved in removal activities.
A 4-6 weeks healing time is required before any additional work can be undertaken and results of your first session are not final without a touch up appointment.
Consultations
If you ever had a semi-permanent makeup procedure before, you must book a consultation first. We will not be able to perform the procedure if you book a PMU appointment without telling our staff or asking for a consultation first. This may result in full loss of your deposit.
